1. General information.

  2. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviour in the following way:
    1. Through information voluntarily entered in forms.
    2. By storing cookie files on terminal equipment (the so-called ‘cookies’).
    3. By collecting web server logs through the Domeny.pl sp. z o.o. hosting operator operating through the www.domeny.pl website.

  2. Information in forms.

  1. The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
  2. The website may also store information about the connection parameters (timestamp, IP address)
  3. The data in the form is not provided to third parties in any way other than with the consent of the user.
  4. The data provided in the form may constitute a set of potential clients, registered by the Operator of the Website in the register kept by the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.
  5. The data provided in the form is processed for the purposes resulting from the function of that form (e.g., for handling a service request or business contact).
  6. The data provided in forms may be provided to entities providing certain services in a technical manner – this concerns, in particular, the transfer of information regarding the holder of the registered domain to entities that are operators of Internet domains (primarily the Scientific and Academic Computer Network R&D unit (Polish: Naukowa i Akademicka Sieć Komputerowa j.b.r (NASK)), payment services or other entities with which the Operator of the Website cooperates in this respect.

  3. Information about cookies.

  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. The cookie files (‘cookies’) constitute IT data – in particular, text files that are stored in the end-device of the Website User and are intended for using the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storage on the end-device and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookie files on the end-device of the Website User and obtaining access to them is the Website operator.
  4. The cookie files are used for the following purposes:
    1. creating statistics that enable an understanding of how Website Users use websites, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content.
    2. continuing the Website User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to repeat providing their login and password on every sub-page of the Website.
    3. determining the user's profile for the purposes of displaying customised content on advertising networks – in particular, Google networks.
  5. Within the Website, two general types of cookies are used: ‘session’ cookies and ‘persistent’ cookies. ‘Session’ cookies are temporary files stored in the end-device of the User until logging out, leaving a website or software (web browser) shutdown. ‘Persistent’ cookies are stored in the end- device of the User for a specific time set in parameters of the cookie files or until these files are removed by the User.
  6. The software used to browse websites (web browser) usually accepts the storage of cookie files on the end-device of the User by default. Website users may change their settings in this regard. Web browsers allow cookies to be deleted. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Please refer to your browser help or documentation for details.
  7. Any limitations to the application of cookie files may have an impact on certain functions available on Website pages.
  8. The cookie files placed in the end-device of the Website User may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website’s Operator.
  9. We recommend reading these companies' privacy policies to learn about the principles of cookie use employed for statistical purposes: Google Analytics Privacy Policy
  10. 10. Cookies may be used by advertising networks – in particular, the Google network for the purpose of displaying ads tailored to the way the user uses the Website. To this end, they can store information about the user's navigation path or time spent on a particular page.
  11. 11. In terms of information regarding user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
